On-site Meeting June 2024

The next Meetup will take place on 4th June 16-19 at HG D1.1 in the ETH main building.

The meetup is parallel to the PASC24 conference and we are expecting RSEs from other countries also.

We will also try to stream the presentations via Zoom at https://ethz.zoom.us/j/61286043246.

We are looking for presenters and you can use the same link to submit a proposal for either

  • a lightning talk (5 minutes)
  • or a longer presentation (20 minutes + Q&A).

The preliminary schedule for the event is

  • 16:30 - 18:00 Presentations
  • 18:00 - 19:00 Breakout group discussions
